Service Description
Legal-Only Marriage Ceremony – From $299 – Online booking only Available: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM If pay by Paypal please add fees of $12 ($311) - Bank transfer to payID: 0433131796 - perfect for couples who need to formalise their marriage for visa applications, overseas weddings, or simply to complete the legal requirements. What’s Included: ✔ Completion of all legal formalities - NOIM will need to complete by the couple ✔ A brief ceremony with two witnesses only ✔ Signing conducted at our office in Maidstone A Simple 5-Step Process for this package Step 1: Complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) Form: https://www.ag.gov.au/families-and-marriage/publications/notice-intended-marriage Sign the form in the presence of an authorised witness, such as a celebrant, justice of the peace, solicitor, medical practitioner, or police officer. Step 2: Submit Required Documents & Payment Email the completed NOIM to trancelebrant@gmail.com at least one month before your preferred wedding along with: A copy of your passport OR birth certificate and driver’s licence. Divorce or death certificates (if applicable). Important: You must bring the original documents on your wedding day. Process your payment to PayID 0433131796 or via Paypal (amount $312 with fees) see details when you check out. Step 3: Choose Your Wedding Date & Time Select an available date at least one month after lodging your NOIM. If you’re unsure of a date, your NOIM remains valid for 18 months. We will confirm your preferred time. Step 4: Attend Your Legal Ceremony On your wedding day, arrive at our Maidstone office with: Original NOIM, passport OR birth certificate, and driver’s licence. Two witnesses (over 18 years old) – provide their full legal names in advance. Note: Missing documents will result in cancellation of the appointment/fees and will require rebooking. Step 5: Obtain Your Official Marriage Certificate Your marriage will be legally registered with Victoria BDM within 2 days. Your Legal Marriage Certificate will be available 4-5 weeks after the ceremony. You must apply for your certificate via the BDM website (fees not included in this package): https://www.bdm.vic.gov.au/get-marriage-certificate
Cancellation Policy
By booking this service, clients agree that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined above. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if clients fail to comply with the booking requirements. Booking Policy – Legal Signing $299* (Online Booking Only) Thank you for choosing our Legal Signing service. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please read and understand our booking policy carefully before making your appointment. 1. Online Booking Only All bookings must be made online via our booking platform. No phone, email, or in-person bookings are accepted for this service. Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. Limited Flexibility This service is designed for clients who require strictly a legal signing only (no ceremony or personalisation). Appointment times are fixed. Please choose carefully. Rescheduling or cancellations are very limited and subject to our discretion. 3. Eligibility Both parties must be eligible to legally marry in Australia (e.g., aged 18+, not already married, not closely related by blood). Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be lodged at least 1 month before the signing date. All required identification and original documents must be provided before the appointment. 4. Important Booking Instructions Clients must follow the booking instructions carefully, including uploading or bringing all required documents. Failure to follow instructions may result in cancellation or rescheduling with additional fees. 5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before your booking. Rescheduling may be considered once, if requested at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability. A $50 administrative fee applies to any approved rescheduling. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Late Arrival Please arrive/log in on time. Beyond this, the appointment will be considered forfeited with no refund. 7. What’s Included Signing and lodgment of legal documents only. Completion of the Official Certificate of Marriage (provided by the celebrant for Registry submission). 8. What’s Not Included Legal Certificate by VIC BDM No ceremony, or personalisation. No witnesses provided (clients must bring their two witnesses aged 18+).
