Cancellation Policy

By booking this service, clients agree that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined above. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if clients fail to comply with the booking requirements. Booking Policy – Legal Signing $299* (Online Booking Only) Thank you for choosing our Legal Signing service. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please read and understand our booking policy carefully before making your appointment. 1. Online Booking Only All bookings must be made online via our booking platform. No phone, email, or in-person bookings are accepted for this service. Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. Limited Flexibility This service is designed for clients who require strictly a legal signing only (no ceremony or personalisation). Appointment times are fixed. Please choose carefully. Rescheduling or cancellations are very limited and subject to our discretion. 3. Eligibility Both parties must be eligible to legally marry in Australia (e.g., aged 18+, not already married, not closely related by blood). Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be lodged at least 1 month before the signing date. All required identification and original documents must be provided before the appointment. 4. Important Booking Instructions Clients must follow the booking instructions carefully, including uploading or bringing all required documents. Failure to follow instructions may result in cancellation or rescheduling with additional fees. 5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before your booking. Rescheduling may be considered once, if requested at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability. A $50 administrative fee applies to any approved rescheduling. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Late Arrival Please arrive/log in on time. Beyond this, the appointment will be considered forfeited with no refund. 7. What’s Included Signing and lodgment of legal documents only. Completion of the Official Certificate of Marriage (provided by the celebrant for Registry submission). 8. What’s Not Included Legal Certificate by VIC BDM No ceremony, or personalisation. No witnesses provided (clients must bring their two witnesses aged 18+).
