(Gói dịch vụ này được thiết kế dành cho các cặp đôi mong muốn một buổi lễ hợp pháp, gọn nhẹ và trang trọng mà không cần tổ chức cầu kỳ.) ________________________________________ 📝 What’s Included (Nội dung gói dịch vụ) Step 1: The NOIM Lodgement (Hẹn gặp nộp Đơn Báo Hôn) The first legal step in Australia is lodging your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) at least one month before your wedding date. (Bước pháp lý đầu tiên tại Úc là nộp Đơn Báo Hôn (NOIM) ít nhất một tháng trước ngày cưới.) • Flexible Meetings: Conducted at my Maidstone office or via Zoom/Video call. • Expert Guidance: I will handle all legal paperwork and verify your identity documents (Passports, Birth Certificates, and Divorce Decrees if applicable). • Visa Support: If required, I can provide a formal Confirmation of Letter to support your visa application at no extra cost. Step 2: The Ceremony (Lễ Kết Hôn) A simple, meaningful ceremony held at my professional home office. (Một buổi lễ ngắn gọn nhưng ý nghĩa được tổ chức tại văn phòng của tôi.) • Intimate Setting: Space for the couple and up to 8 guests. • Legal Requirements: Includes the Monitum, legal vows, and the signing of the marriage register. • Witnesses: You must bring two witnesses (aged 18+). Step 3: Documentation & Registration (Giấy tờ và Đăng ký) I take care of the "boring" part so you can enjoy being married. By booking this service, clients agree that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined above. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if clients fail to comply with the booking requirements. Booking Policy – Legal Signing $299* (Online Booking Only) Thank you for choosing our Legal Signing service. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please read and understand our booking policy carefully before making your appointment. 1. Online Booking Only All bookings must be made online via our booking platform. No phone, email, or in-person bookings are accepted for this service. Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. Limited Flexibility This service is designed for clients who require strictly a legal signing only (no ceremony or personalisation). Appointment times are fixed. Please choose carefully. Rescheduling or cancellations are very limited and subject to our discretion. 3. Eligibility Both parties must be eligible to legally marry in Australia (e.g., aged 18+, not already married, not closely related by blood). Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be lodged at least 1 month before the signing date. All required identification and original documents must be provided before the appointment. 4. Important Booking Instructions Clients must follow the booking instructions carefully, including uploading or bringing all required documents. Failure to follow instructions may result in cancellation or rescheduling with additional fees. 5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before your booking. Rescheduling may be considered once, if requested at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability. A $50 administrative fee applies to any approved rescheduling. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Late Arrival Please arrive/log in on time. Beyond this, the appointment will be considered forfeited with no refund. 7. What’s Included Signing and lodgment of legal documents only. Completion of the Official Certificate of Marriage (provided by the celebrant for Registry submission). 8. What’s Not Included Legal Certificate by VIC BDM No ceremony, or personalisation. No witnesses provided (clients must bring their two witnesses aged 18+).
