Legal Only Ceremony – From $199 Duration: 15 minutes - ONLINE booking Our Legal Only Ceremony is ideal for couples who require their marriage registered for visa applications, overseas weddings, or simply for completing their legal paperwork. What’s Included: Completion of all legal paperwork Fulfillment of legal requirements Ceremony with two witnesses only Signing conducted at our office in Maidstone How to Get Married: A Simple 5-Step Process Step 1: Complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) Form Download and complete the NOIM form. https://www.ag.gov.au/families-and-marriage/publications/notice-intended-marriage Sign the form in the presence of an authorised witness, such as: A celebrant, justice of the peace, barrister/solicitor, medical practitioner, or police officer. Submit your NOIM form to us at least one month before your wedding date to commence the waiting period. Step 2: Submit Required Documents and Payment Email the NOIM form along with: A copy of your passport OR birth certificate and driver’s license. Divorce or death certificates (if applicable). Originals must be brought on your wedding day. Email the form to trancelebrant@gmail.com. Step 3: Choose Your Wedding Date and Time Select an available date at least one month after the NOIM is lodged. If you don’t have a date yet, lodging your NOIM allows you to schedule the ceremony anytime within the next 18 months. We will confirm your preferred time. Step 4: Attend Your Legal Ceremony Arrive at our office in Maidstone with: Original NOIM, passport or birth certificate, and driver’s license. Two witnesses over 18 years old (submit their full legal names beforehand). Missing documents on the date will result in the appointment being void. Step 5: Obtain Your Legal Marriage Certificate Your marriage will be registered, and your Legal Marriage Certificate will be available 4-5 weeks after the ceremony.
